"We were not aware from the booking that there was no bathroom in the room, and it was a shock to discover that the toilets were shared and that there wasn’t even a sink in the toilets. There was neither hand soap nor towels. It was difficult to access our room, and we ended up getting help from the neighboring hotel. The hotel was very noisy, with a lot of disturbance from other guests, and we were woken up many times during the night. Overall, it was a really bad experience that we would not recommend."

"If you wanna enjoy the beauty of Mt St Michel I highly recommend you this hotel. Located in a small city near the monument, you will have a warm welcome from the staff and you will be able to enjoy the beauty of this hotel. Its all charming and vintage style with nice stairs to go to your room (there is elevator too). The rooms are cozy and comfortable (be careful in summer there is no AC but we got the staff bring a fan to our door). The breakfast is typical french style and so good, the products are fresh and tasty. The staff of the hotel is so so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it"

"The location is great, and the staff at the counter are friendly. Breakfast includes ham, two kinds of cheese, baguettes, mini croissants, pain au chocolat, tea, coffee, drinks, cereal, fruit (apples, oranges, kiwis), juice, eggs, yogurt... You can't see Mont Saint-Michel, but the view is great."

We enjoyed one dinner at the hotel and breakfast each morning. The food was very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating to us. There was also a very lovely outside patio to enjoy off the restaurant. There were shops and restaurants to walk to in this quaint town. There is an historic church that you need to visit right across the street."

Moreover, you can buy tickets for the visit at reception with a discount so there is no need to queue on the day of the visit. The room was clean. The very comfortable mattress and the pleasant reception team. Free parking at the hotel, very convenient. The only thing to say is that a color refresher would not be a luxury. There is a delicious Japanese restaurant right next to the hotel for your meals 😉"
