Best Stay Inn -Manchester

The hotel is on the side of the main road, with convenient transportation. There are parks around the area that can be walked around and the environment is beautiful. The hotel is a motel, I can only use the motel I know to evaluate, the bathroom is good, the bath water is very good, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, just no water boiler, it is originally a night to meet the demand.

A retro-inspired hotel that looks old and has a feeling of atmosphere. The front desk at check-in was very humorous, and let me take a photo of him. Simple American breakfast, free parking, self-service laundry, cheap, passing by for one night, still very satisfied!

I was having a horrible day. The power went out in my home and I needed a place to stay unexpectedly. The hotel was very accommodating. I have a child with a disability and I am always concerned staying outside of my home. The woman at the front (I believe her name is Lindsay, I think she is a manager) ensured I had everything I needed for my boys to have a wonderful stay. She was amazing! My son has autism and gets super anxious at unfamiliar places and she made us feel at home The gentleman at check in was polite and checked us in quickly. He ensured we knew how to get to our room and explained where the amenities were. The room was VERY clean (I am hard to please so it's a shock I'm saying this), the beds and pillows are super comfy, it's updated and spacious. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion were luxurious! There were plenty of towels. My boys and I enjoyed the pool which also was very clean and warm. I felt safe staying alone with my two boys...that says alot. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We booked this last minute and we’re traveling with a dog, so didn’t have many choices. The positives - a ground floor room, close to an exit outside, and linoleum floors which were good for our puppy’s first hotel visit. The room didn’t smell like a dog room. It was convenient to where we were going. The downsides - pretty much everything else. There was no soap or even a soap dish in the bathroom, no cups, no tissues, no washcloths with the towels, a partially used roll of toilet paper and no spare. The mattress pad on the bed felt like a sheet of cardboard and was curled up at the edges. The bathtub faucet was partially hanging off the wall. The table top and counters looked like the had seen better days. Only one nightstand beside the bed. We could go on, but you get the point. We would not go back here.

I booked the room and paid the full amount. I don’t know why the lady asked me to pay more than 200 US dollars. I told Ctrip that it was already being processed, and promised that they would refund my money if the hotel didn’t handle it well. Everything else is fine.
