Wonderful location right in the middle of shopping area, and walking distance to Metrolink, Chinatown etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay. The only 'complaint' is that there were no water & bathroom slippers given.

Great location. Not a far walk from Victoria Station. Check in a bit slow but maybe due to time of arrival. Would stay again.

I was allowed a slightly earlier and quick check-in which helped with the enjoyment of my stay. Lovely clean simple rooms in a great location. Nice to have a good bar/restaurant too.

We had a fabulous stay, perfect central location for shops and Christmas markets. Staff were friendly not only at the reception but at the bar area too and when leaving the cleaning staff were super friendly also. We were able to leave the bags for a few hours while we went shopping. We didn’t have food so can’t comment on that but there was tea and coffee available in the room. It would have been nice if there was a bottle of water in the room or a bottle to fill up from the tap. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.
