I didn't expect to be something like that, very old and the staff weren't friendly.
You weren't even allowed to eat at the reception as a resident of the hotel where there are loads of empty tables and chairs.
Thankfully, the room was very clean.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. In terms of location, it’s few minutes walk from the bus and tram station, as well as next to a supermarket.
The down side is although there is lift, you have to walk half floor of stairs to reach the reception or the room which is a bit weird and inconvenient with luggage.

The service was very good, staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the linen and pillows could be improved, as the duvet inners & pillows were too flat and not very comfortable.

The hotel cleanliness especially the bathroom is 10/10. It was quite easy to locate and staff services is amazing ☺️

The room was clean and spacious. Facilities were basic. The room heating was good but the shower water was too hot even after we had turned it to the lowest ‘hot’ level.

Good room and bed i not that comfortable... we got additional duvet to top up. The £1 taken to guarantee card has not yet been returned .
