The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 7-8 minute walk from Piccadilly train station, and you don't have to cross too many roads. The room size is perfect for one person, with just enough space for one large suitcase; it would be a bit cramped for two. I initially booked for two nights, then extended for another two, so I stayed for four nights without any cleaning service. Even though I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door as requested, I could get fresh towels myself. The shower tends to overflow easily, so the bathroom floor often gets wet. The elevator is quite old and sometimes takes a while to arrive.
