overall is good . just cleaning issues and staff is hesitant in cleaning and amenities purposes. oh yes try to get plastic door card not the wooden one

Unbeatable location and comfy bed, but very noisy The Gardens Hotel Manchester is a reasonable, budget-friendly option where location is definitely the best feature. You are right in the heart of the city with great amenities nearby, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. However, street and hallway noise was quite noticeable throughout the stay, and the front desk service was unfortunately poor. Fine for a quick central crash pad, but needs improvement on service.

It was an overall really lovely stay. Had to book last minute hotel and found it very affordable. Room felt spacious and had good facilties. Excellent washroom facilties, especially water pressure and temperature. Good staff, very helpful. Breakfast was ok, very oily.

Extremely dissatisfied. The bed sheets had stains, and the front desk staff were rude and refused to change them. The Wi-Fi in the room wasn't working. The facilities are old, the floorboards creak loudly, and the soundproofing in the room is terrible. I frequently heard loud noises from the adjacent room and upstairs at night. The front desk refused to change my room. The door lock was faulty, which made me very concerned about safety.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city centre and 5 mins walk from Picadilly train station. Room was lovely and spacious and the fridge was great especially in the hot weather. Would higly recommend was great for our nideeek trip.

Fantastic location, very handy hotel at a great rate. Only problem was the very loud staff an general noise from at least 5am. Would be nice to appreciate that guests are trying to sleep..

The location is really convenient for me to go and apply for the visa, it's located right in thd city center so there arw deinitely many restaurant open lately, I really do not need to worry if I arrive late that day. Overall an excellent experience

An older building, but quite grand. It's in a lively, bustling area, yet surprisingly quiet at night (though the creaky hallway floors were a bit annoying). Dining, shopping, and transportation are all super convenient. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for me as I didn't have much luggage, so there was enough space. It had both a bathtub and a shower, with good water temperature and strong water pressure. Excellent service and a clean room. Breakfast was an extra charge, offering both Continental and English options, and it was quite tasty. The restaurant staff were outstanding, very attentive, and service was quick. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended!
