We have previously stayed here, and we would definitely stay again . We arrived at 14.30 and parked in the car park which is £6 for the overnight parking and pay at the machine. The room was ready but you cannot check in until about 14.45 otherwise you will be charged £10. Such a shame they are trying to cash in as check was previously 2pm anyway. The room 201 was nice and spacious. When we went out for the afternoon I asked for the toilet roll to be topped up which wasn't done also the maid just walked into the room at 11am without even knocking on the door.

Premier Inn Salford Quays truly stands out for its breathtaking views and exceptional service. The stay was made significantly better by the warmth and efficiency of Nicola, the night receptionist, whose attention to detail and eagerness to assist went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculately clean, offering comfort and tranquility, perfectly complementing the serene beauty of Salford Quays visible from our window. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, making it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay!

Excellent stay as usual with Premier Inn - I like knowing that I'll expect the same good standards. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking outside - I paid £6 for 24hrs and then walked around the quays and got a tram to Manchester. Close to Lowry and War Museum and other attractions. The area felt safe and comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor and had no issues with people outside or any neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was good value for myself and two kids who ate free. We had plenty to eat to set us up for the day. My only ****** with breakfast was the coffee machine wasn't working so it was only sachets of Nescafé which isn't my favourite and there wasn't any decaf options available. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would happily visit again and recommend this to others. It was easy to access from the motorways and is perfect location to explore the area

5 mins to Lowry. Website said that parking was free but it was £6. Great, spacious room with nice view of the water. Breakfast delicious but cooked to order - which discouraged us from asking for more ( money saving tactics?). Would have preferred the usual buffet style, help- yourself. Excellent value for money.

Noisy, no lift and no email notification about this prior to booking struggled to use the bathroom as it wasn’t suitable even though receptionist moved me to it because of the lift being out of action they saw my walking aid but still gave us a room with a deep bath. No toilet tissue in the room

We've used this hotel many times, mainly for its excellent location, but also for the very good staff team - they're friendly and very helpful. Unfortunatley the car park is terrible. The main car park is not maintained with bushes and shrubs overgrowing many of the bays, and lots of building material occupying other bays. The very busy overflow car park is terrible, no marked bays, no tarmac (mostly cinder) lots of potholes, no lights, no cameras, very unsafe. Plus it was completely full when we were there so we had to squeeze into a very narrow space in the main carpark. The charge is £12.00 a day. I know the var park is not owned by Premier Inn, but it is a dsigrace.

This hotel really is fab! We travelled from York and I wanted o be guaranteed parking which this Premier Inn works with Your Parking Space to reserve a parking space and it was fab! Really took my worries away on that viewpoint. Easily accessible and quiet area the hotel is situated and the fact there is a Beefeater next door is a plus!

For a premier inn this was rather basic and lacked the usual comforts the hotel chain offer. The lift was broken (this was communicated however prior to arrival although a generic email was sent to every customer and GDPR was breached as the hotel shared every customers email address!!! ). The rooms were very tired looking and had basic facilities. Only 2 teabags in a double room! Only one hand towel in the room on arrival. The vending machine was broken in reception so there was nowhere to get a bottle of water as the restaurant next door shut at 10:30pm. The breakfast selection was poor, and staffing low so there were no plates, no drinks, only 3 apples left and limited condiments available. Everything had to be asked for and chased! There was no maple syrup for the pancakes for the whole weekend despite it being a menu item so unless you liked chocolate spread there wasn’t much else to go on the pancakes. Cooked breakfasts took over 30min to come out on the first morning. The ladies toilets in the restaurant were broken so we had to go back to the room. Although staff were friendly and parking and location were great I wouldn’t rush to stay here again. Certainly not value for money on this occasion.
