First Manchester visit and stay at Voco. I would like to say this the a fantastic hotel. You will feel very comfortable from front desk all the way to your room. Very big spacious luxury and super comfortable room with Nespreso and welcome British cookies. I love the breakfast here.

The hotel is located in the heart of Manchester city center, with excellent surrounding amenities. You can walk to all the dining, entertainment, and attractions. The room size was decent, and the bathroom, in particular, was quite good for UK standards. The in-room facilities were also fine and relatively new. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit narrow. The service was also acceptable. What I don't understand is that after staying in so many hotels over several days, only one in London provided slippers; none of the others did.

The room is clean and comfortable, with lots of space to store luggage and stuff. I was quite surprised to see the coffee maker and refrigerator inside the room. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and the staff is friendly. The location is opposite to China Town with lots of nice restaurants for dinning. The only thing that could be improved is that room cleaning starts too early - at 9:00 am that I was woken up by the doorbell.

Rooms are a bit small and you can’t enjoy tv as they only have live tv. You can’t log into Netflix etc

Coming back from Spain to live in the UK, this hotel is not far from Manchester Airport, about a 20-minute drive. The front desk service was excellent; the staff member who checked me in spoke to me in Chinese, saying they really liked China and provided warm service. The room was also very spacious. Highly recommend!
