Great hotel very well located close to Picadilly Station and the city centre. Easy check in and friendly helpful staff. Room was clean but felt a little tired with some staining to the headboard and walls. Very cool building with nice communal work/chill areas.

Great location, big clean room. It felt spacious and I liked the ambience. The facilities are great if you wish to cook yourself. Had a good night sleep. Highly recommend, will stay again.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was superb – beautifully designed, well-maintained, and its location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were also consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, I did notice a persistent low-frequency hum in the room, which was a bit bothersome, especially at night. It's a shame, as everything else was excellent. If you're sensitive to noise (a light sleeper), I'd recommend bringing earplugs just in case. All in all, it's still a great place, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We came for a birthday staycation and the team prepared amazing doorgift upon entering the room. There's a fire alarm incident that caused disturbance during our stay but the team handled it properly. We asked for extra towels but it came after several hours only after I remind them. Response rate in Whatsapp was a bit slow but overall It was a nice stay and it has all you need with perfect location!

Native Manchester is the perfect base to explore the city! The apartment was a perfect self-contained unit, within a beautiful modern heritage adaption. A key point of suprise and delight for me was the wonderful knowledge and service of Native's staff. Charlie at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and was an essential part in making my stay fantastic. Whilst the WhatsApp integrated check in system worked, Charlie's help made a key and memorable difference in my stay, and absolutely made my week!

I was absolutely impressed by this hotel it's actually more of a service apartment it's located right by Manchester Piccadilly so early to go to the airport was a breeze I also love the layout and the fact that the apartment was naturally warm without being hot, yes there is a small window but I do feel like it provides the adequate amount of light to give a lovely ambiance to the living and dining room. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and I was able to make all meals without hassle.

Stayed here several times before. Both of us thought had gone down hill since last visit. 1st floor room no window. Room was ok but had to enter key code to enter a bit of a pain. Also thought our phones were on charge but button next to light switches turned all power off. Not the end of the world. Room was a big gloomy and toilet kept overfilling. Ok for one night stay
