It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too! We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!

Hotel is just right beside Manchester Central! Superb location for those attending conference. Even if you are a tourist, it is also walking distance to the shopping belt area! Very convenient! Room is huge and comfortable! Highly recommended! Love the hotel breakfast.

Hotel was impeccable, amazing customer service. Was celebrating my partner’s 30th, they even upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. He had booked the spa facilities which were a dream, the treatments too were fabulous. The fish and chips and peter street kitchen was out of this world too, don’t hesitate to book

Terrible housekeeping. The bed sheets and room were clearly not cleaned, and no towels were replaced. The bath towel had unpleasant smell.

The only downside is the price, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Cleanliness: Spotless Service: The front desk staff (especially the lady) was super nice. Environment: Excellent location. Facilities: Beautiful. I've already highly recommended it to my family, friends, and classmates. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is lovely & very central to all the shops pubs etc all walking distance & NCP car park 5 mins walk away. We had afternoon tea when we arrived & yes it’s more than you would pay but the service & quality of the hood was second to none !! Cakes were so light you wondered if you ate them 🤣🤣 Pool & spar was so relaxing, we went 3 times & never really busy. Staff were all excellent as you would expect & we would definitely like to go back . Highly recommended x

The receptionist was so friendly upon arrival and let us check in 30 mins early as our room was ready! The spa is amazing and the facilities were great and very clean!! The rooms are spacious and location is perfect. One of my favourite hotels ever!!! ✨
