## Staff Big thanks to the kind and sunny Black woman who checked me out on the day of my departure. Also, a huge thank you to the laid-back gentleman who checked me in; even though I missed breakfast, he helped arrange some food and drinks. All the staff here are very friendly, and I could see them doing daily PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) meetings. ## Hotel If you're heading to Manchester Airport, this hotel and the Hilton on the way are both good options. It's a bit of a walk with luggage, but there's an Aldi next door, which is great for longer stays if you want to cook for yourself. If you're traveling with kids and want steak, it's much more cost-effective to buy it from the supermarket and cook it yourself. Otherwise, a single meal can easily cost £150. You really can't compare the prices and habits of mainland China to eating out every day for steak and lamb in the UK – it'll break the bank! ## Hardware The building is very new and first-rate. The windows open both north and south, allowing for good cross-ventilation. ## View None. It's just a large apartment with a fridge, dishwasher, etc. However, the washing machines in the laundry room downstairs seemed substandard, so I didn't dare use them. ## Overall Convenient, comfortable, quiet, and first-rate. Usually costs around £80 to £100.

Booked a room for 4 adults, but the sofa bed was only big enough for one person, and all the amenities were only prepared for three. The front desk said all bed sizes were the same and told me to get pillows from the closet myself, then handed me a relatively small towel. There were only three chairs, completely different from the photos. They also didn't bother to address other details like cups. Later, I had to contact Trip.com customer service for help. Only then did the front desk realize we were four adults and provided us with an additional room. However, this whole process took five hours. I recommend checking the bed size before checking in.

Locations near by are tesco saisnbury overall its very spacious. They allowed us to bring breakfast to our room, we loved that

A pleasant stay with very good facilities. Manam in the restaurant went out of her way to serve the customers during breakfast. After a long time had a good service in a large hotel chain. Will come back again any day to stay! Thank you!

I booked a one-bedroom apartment for three guests. When I checked in at around 7:00 pm, the reception staff told me I would have to wait until 10:30 pm for someone to set up the sofa bed. If I didn’t want to wait, they offered to give me the bed linen and asked me to set up the sofa bed myself. To make matters worse, by 10:30 pm, no one had come, and I had to go back to the reception desk to ask when the sofa bed would finally be prepared. I’ve travelled to many places and stayed in numerous hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever been asked to make up my own sofa bed. I was genuinely surprised that such a well-known hotel chain could not arrange for housekeeping to prepare the room before guests arrived. To make matters worse, when I entered the apartment, the kitchen bin still contained rubbish left by the previous guest, which gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of the Northern Quarter and Manchester city centre, with plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants nearby. There’s also an Aldi supermarket right next to the hotel, making it convenient to buy groceries and prepare meals in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen, which is a great feature for longer stays. Overall, the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well equipped, but the service was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this brand. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed what could otherwise have been an enjoyable stay.

The location is quite good, near the train station and within walking distance to the city center. The Aldi supermarket nearby is also very convenient. The room layout is nice, good for families traveling together. However, the facilities are mediocre and somewhat poorly maintained. For example, the dishwasher's detergent dispenser was completely clogged with powder and hadn't been cleaned, making you wonder if the dishwasher itself was clean. The room wasn't very clean; there were still empty bottles from the previous guest in the cabinet. The service was very poor. We stayed for 3 days, and no one cleaned the room or changed the towels – absolutely no service at all. When I checked in, the three staff members at the front desk were all dealing with one person who wanted to change rooms. Yes, no one paid attention to me, who was trying to check in. I waited for a long time, and didn't even get an apology. Breakfast was average; it was the same for all three days with no variety. It was just enough to fill you up. If you're looking for good service, you might want to consider other hotels with a guaranteed standard of quality.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were really lovely, I was in a room next to a very busy road and they moved my when I asked. The rooms were clean but they could use a paint and tidy. Breakfast was good.

A good stay as always, the staff are great and even gave us a complimentary 12pm check-out when asked. The room is in good order and well looked after. We appreciate what the staff do to keep the place in order.

Overall, it's pretty good, and the service is excellent too. For this price point in the UK, it's definitely above average. I'd recommend having breakfast at the hotel; it can save you a little bit of money. The breakfast is decent. I haven't encountered bad service anywhere I've stayed in the UK.

Location was good and car park was close, even though it wasn't free. breakfast was good, room was clean and staff were really nice overall I would definitely visit again

Excellent experience staying here, lovely room, very modern and clean. It had a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster. We didn’t need this but was handy to have the fridge for bringing some cold drinks. Clean and helpful staff. Didn’t make breakfast although was included. Short walk from train station so quite central.

Amazing hotel! Rooms were stunning and staff went above and behind with service. Will 100% be staying again. Bathroom had plenty of space and room was super clean. 10/10 experience.
