Was the experience good customer services at the hotel was very good and clean

A good stay , although there were stains on the carpet and the quality of the pillows weren't the best . No slippers or robe provided , jazcuzzi not available due to maintenance . Everything else was ok .

Directly accessible from the subway station exit. Great location. However, the background figures on the headboard were a bit... unusual/not to my taste.

I am happy with this hotel, because of enough room comparing to the price and good location.

The hotel we did book for this weekend away unfortunately closed forever so this hotel was found by Trip as suitable alternative. Our room was on floor 14 with a city view. Nice and quiet despite facing the back of the Arndale centre. Lovely, bright, clean accommodation in a very central spot. Our booking included breakfast and dinner both nights in the Embankment Kitchen restaurant on-site. Good selection of food to choose from and nice sized portions. Had a few cocktails too, not too stingy on the alcohol. Staff were all lovely except for the one receptionist on Sunday morning when we checked out. Very unhelpful and not accommodating with our requests - gave flat no’s, not “let me see if there is something I can do”.

Great location however breakfast service is awfully slow.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location for shopping and going out. The pool was also very nice bonus.

The hotel is ok but not worth without clean up if you stay less than 6nights. The reception guy said he will ask for a clean up service for us after 2nights but no show finally. What I said is if you stay for 2 nights is OK but after 3nights onwards will be a mess. I want to thanks Ella in the Embarkment restaurant and she is very professional. The only young girl make you feel welcome in the hotel.

Good location and large rooms, booked a 1bed apartment and it was very comfortable. Staff not the friendliest, but didn't have much of a reason to interac with themt as we had all we needed.

Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!

This hotel is not worth a 5-star hotel. The towels were not replaced daily and rubbish in the bin did not disposed. My door lock was defective and could not be locked automatically when we were out. I told the front desk staff but no action was taken . I was very disappointed with the service

Very bad experience. My first time experienced such a poor hotel so called themselves a 5 start hotel. I have had changing hotel room for 3 times during my 4 nights stay due to the Air conditioner is not working. Elevator not working. Restaurant suspend, no breakfast provide even you paid for it, they asked you to claim with the host. Bath tub is leaking water on the floor.
