The room was great, spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel is very close to Chinatown, with many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also good, offering vegetarian options. The cleanliness was spot on, with daily cleaning service.

The hotel room was quite small and not ventilated well. The staff were quite hospitable and nice. I booked this hotel after a very nice stay last year for my sisters birthday and expected same experience, However this time, room was a lot smaller and no effort to make it special like last time. Overall okay stay and breakfast was nice and healthy!

I made my reservation quite a while back, but I was surprised by the 2200 price on a Wednesday night, as I usually see it for a few hundred to just over 1000. However, the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Oxford Street and the nearest tube/train station. You can also ask the front desk for a complimentary late check-out until 12 PM. The facilities are relatively new, it's conveniently close to Chinatown, and the service was very good.

I stayed at the Clayton Hotel recently and found the hotel itself to be comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. This hotel offers excellent value for money. Despite not having its own car park, there's a paid public car park conveniently located right next door, costing £26.5 for 24 hours. Guests can check in and check out online, and then finalize the process automatically at the hotel's self-service kiosks, which is extremely convenient. The breakfast spread is generous, the rooms are decent, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. This was the most affordable hotel during my entire UK trip.

The female staff (not sure if manageress) at the breakfast venue was super attentive both days and went out of her way to ensure we had a convenient table as my spouse was in a wheelchair. She was very polite and provided excellent customer service. Truly an asset to the hotel!
