Reception greeting was lovely 
Breakfast was fantastic

The room was clean and the services were excellent.

The hotel's location served our trip's purpose perfectly, and the buffet was truly outstanding. It offered a wide array of food options, all included in the hotel's charges. I would enthusiastically choose this hotel for future stays.

It was a good location and a nice stay with a good breakfast spread.

This hotel is advertised as no children however there were multiple children present staying at the hotel during our stay.   Welcome: Average, not very engaging or informative. Generally pleasant enough. This was our only interaction with any staff for our entire stay.   Room: room was nice enough, fairly clean although there was a small stain on our bed sheets next to the pillow. Bathroom door also looked as though it had taken some punches. Walls slightly discoloured but nice decor. Looked outside the window and lots of rubbish on the outside area floor.   Sleep: Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet, next to main road but not to noisy. I think my partner and I were unfortunate that we were next to someone who snores extremely loudly and the noise vibrated through the very VERY thin walls!   Breakfast: variety of fruit, yoghurt, hot and cold drinks, cereals and cooked breakfast, pastries, jams etc. Restaurant appeared clean however in the current climate I would have expected hand sanitizers to be present at the food serving station given how many different people are helping themselves to breakfast.   I would say this hotel is good value for money and with a small few changes could be improved vastly.

Stayed for one night as daughter had a photoshoot in the morning and this was the closest hotel to the photographers. Room ok but bathroom grim and needs updating, bed ok  but had to spray room as smelt of smoke. Arrived in the evening and room was facing main road. In morning I looked out of window to see  loads of rubbish strewn around the bushes and a cigarette butt came down from the window above.  looking at other reviews they clearly have a problem with people smoking in the rooms! maybe the local council can investigate as surely a fire risk. I sent an email to the hotel but after a week had received no reply so  I rang and spoke to the manager who said..we dont have cameras in the rooms so can't monitor smoking! He stated that if I wasn't happy I should have gone to reception and said I wanted a refund so I could find somewhere else...we arrived at around 8 in the evening on a saturday night so we would hardly have done that!  Cleanliness not the best as bathroom floor dirty and bath stained.  Ok for £69 a night which is says on the board outside our room window but we paid £120 so not value for money.

Nice hotel. very clean bathroom and bed was very comfy. Plenty of parking available and the breakfast was tasty (buffet style) with plenty to chose from would reccomend and would definately stay again when in Manchester as it was a good price for what was on offer
