5/5 What an amazing little find, very last minute just hours before arrival! Good Points: -Amazing Breakfast -Comfy Bed -Concierge for Nighttime -Good Amenities (Hair dryer/Fan/ Iron& Ironing board/ TV) -Great Value for money -Modern Decor -Very Clean -Quiet considering it’s a pub Bad Points: There wasn’t any, if I had to say something it would be super picky and say aircon but that’s more of a preference. We did have a fan! Would stay again!

Lovely Gem of a hotel. Ignore old reviews, as this place is amazing. 13 newly refurbished rooms in a pub. Room great, size, comfy king size bed. Red hot power shower. No noise from pub downstairs. Fantastic complementary cooked breakfast in very reasonable price. We did the quiz on Sunday night which was great fun. The staff can’t do enough for you. Will definitely stay here again when in Manchester!

Place is a little gem. Paid just over £90 for two nights. Room was immaculate, the place has been recently completely renovated so don’t let the older reviews put you off. Really comfortable bed, great shower. Free breakfast for the duration of your stay as well. Would definitely return.

Very nicely presented room, but on the smaller side for a couple to stay. 1 side of the bed wasn't accessible. Bathroom very modern and shower was very nice! Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed at in hotels. Although above a pub, I stayed on a Friday night during Christmas nights out and although you could hear the music when back in the room, it soon became part of the background and it didn't disrupt my sleep at all. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and the hash browns were fantastic!! In summary, very pleasant stay for a solo traveller but could be disappointing if a couple.

Great place to stay, convenient for center but the street was quiet. I had to work from there this morning and WIFI worked well. Nice friendly staff and they even extended check out a little to help me finish my conference call.

Lovely hotel, pleasantly surprised! Lovely room (cathedral). Bathroom and brilliant shower with loads of hot water. Breakfast hot and tasty. Had some lunch (toastie) which filled me up. Staff helpful and friendly, especially Joseph. Have booked again for next month. Thank you!!
