We’re disappointed about the lifts currently out of order. Hotel sent email to notice us on the day we checked in after our credit card was chareged. No information about lift being broken declared on website while it’s happened for months. They forced customer to use stairs. Although they provide staff’s lift at back door but it’s required staff to bring lift up-down which is not convenient as front desk is not available all the time. Location and kitchen are good but I may have to consider deeply to come back again.

Great location for easy access to shops, transport and activities. Stayed for a night, early or extended check in/checkout for £10 extra which is really good. Lovely staff everyone’s nice. complimentary croissant and coffee in the mornings. Clean room, clean bathroom, very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the beds are comfortable.

Great location for easy access to shops, transport and activities. Stayed for a night, early or extended check in/checkout for £10 extra which is really good. Lovely staff everyone’s nice. complimentary croissant and coffee in the mornings.
