Buffet breakfast is good, BBQ restaurant and beer garden. location is one hour from Mandalay Airport, security guard at entrance and safe place

The hotel looked better on photos. The restaurant on the premises is convenient and has a nice menu. We did however have a problem to pay with international bank cards, which lead to inconvenience. To find ATM is very difficult. The hotel and furniture in the room is quite old, there is a smell that can not be dodged at all. The mattress is as hard as a brick and we had bed bugs. My wife woke up the next morning with 14 bite marks on her legs. Breakfast was average. You will be able to eat something in order to be full but not one of the greatest buffet breakfasts we’ve had. They didn’t refill the finished food at 9am and no milk with the cereal. We expected more from a 4 star hotel.

It’s a nice 3 star hotel , With restaurants and bars near by. The stuff is very friendly, they treated me always so good :) It’s not the newest hotel but for the price perfect

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was really attentive. They were helpful to find me a tourist guide. I like their evening bbq and you get 2 free drinks at the bar everyday which is very appreciated. I recommend this place!

I highly recommend this hotel in Mandalay from the very accommodating staff to the cleanest room and their amazing facilities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with different varieties of food to choose from. The restaurant as well makes delicious and authentic Myanmar food!

The room was big and clean and had a bath tub. The AC kept the room cool in the summer heat. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a huge and varied choice and the restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing and the gym was a welcome addition, if a little old. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Mandalay.

Nice hotel in Mandalay. Big room with everything you need. Friendly staff, free cocktail every day. Nice atmosphere.

Rooms are clean, service is very good Only one elevator for the 7 floors building is not enough...

Incredibly good hotel for the price, I tried other more expensive ones in Mandalay but this one was way better than any other in terms of room space, cleanliness, general service etc. I even saw and heard other European guests were saying the same that they should have found and chosen this hotel earlier. The breakfast is very good but the dinner at the restaurant should provide wider choices and various sizes of dish, because they are all mega-portion stuff with 10000 kyat or so and I couldn't finish the plate. I would prefer smaller sized dish with lower price for single person and at least they can make it half-size. And I never figured out how to order the BBQ and Hot Pot because nobody in the restaurant space explained about that, nor had I seen any menu book about them although it is exhibitingly cooked open-air. The hotel clerks are kind and polite but I didn't see they were fully orchestrated in an excellent hotel team manner. Anyway overall the stay was great and this hotel secured my pleasant and fruitful trip to Mandalay.

Not very great for a good rating hotel. Many hotels have much lesser price for a better service and overall quality of accommodation requirements.

Disappointed about the Service and Facilities. First day we got there at night, we ordered at their open air restaurant. Unfortunely, we only got one dish BBQ after 40 mins, then we tried to talk to the waiters but no one speaking English, the only thing they told us is WAIT! It really pissed me off, we tried to report and get the refund of the dishes which were not served to us. But finally we got nothing even apologies! Also Facilities are pretty old, no hot water all the time and the room key didn't work at all. No recommend.

I returned to this place after my trip to Bagan and spent another night here. The room was more or less the same. The quality of breakfast slightly deterriorated though.

Normal hotel for 1-2 nights. The most pleasant thing is the courtyard with a restaurant where they feed you deliciously. The rooms are simple. No safe in the room. The staff is friendly.
