"I have been visiting this resort regularly for over five years and have stayed here more than 20 times. Very few places manage to maintain the same level of comfort, hospitality, and consistency over such a long period, which is why this resort continues to hold a special place for me and my family. Over the years, the resort has been the backdrop to countless wonderful memories. From peaceful morning walks and relaxing afternoons by the pool to family gatherings and festive celebrations, every visit has been filled with warmth and comfort. The hospitality has always been one of the resort's greatest strengths, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. A special mention goes to Samvuda, a true gentleman whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication have stood out during every stay. Over time, I have come to know many members of the team, and while I won't mention everyone individually, their efforts have never gone unnoticed. Their genuine care and hospitality are a major reason why we keep returning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and generally well-maintained, offering good value for money. Housekeeping deserves praise for maintaining cleanliness standards, with fresh linens and spotless bathrooms reflecting their attention to detail. However, some furniture in certain rooms is beginning to show signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. Additionally, the bathtubs and jacuzzi facilities in some rooms require better maintenance to ensure they are fully functional and meet guest expectations. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall room experience. The resort's location remains one of its biggest advantages. The sea is just a short walk away, making it an excellent choice for beach lovers. Families with children will particularly enjoy the swimming pool, water park, and various recreational activities available on the property. These facilities provide hours of entertainment and create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Safety has always been one of the resort's strongest qualities. In all my visits, I have never once felt unsafe. The property maintains a secure, welcoming, and family-oriented environment, with attentive staff who help ensure guests can relax with complete peace of mind. While my overall experience remains positive, I have noticed a gradual decline in certain facilities over recent years. Several amenities that previously enhanced the guest experience no longer function as expected. Most notably, the jacuzzi facility has reportedly remained out of service for an extended period, despite multiple visits over the past year. Some recreational facilities also appear less well-maintained than they were in earlier years. Management should prioritize restoring and maintaining these amenities to preserve the high standards that long-term guests have come to expect. "⭐ Extremely Poor Management – Not a Family Resort This resort is absolutely not suitable for families, despite being advertised as one. 1. I clearly informed them at the time of booking that I would be staying with my 6-month-old child, yet they still accepted large group bookings who played very loud music till 12 AM. This was never disclosed beforehand. 2. After repeated complaints, the manager admitted that he cannot control or handle the crowd. If that’s the case, what is the role of the management? 3. There was an actual fight between two drunk groups, creating a very unsafe and unpleasant environment. The resort management only prioritizes large groups, not families. It turned our stay into a complete nuisance instead of a peaceful experience. ❌ Strongly NOT recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a calm stay. Think twice before booking."
