"The staff was friendly and offered us welcome drink as we arrived. The property is newly opened so it was clean and hygienic. The pool was well maintained and the rooms were good. The bed was comfortable, but often the process facing power issues however the staff eagerly responded and resolved. The property was near the beach and right at the entrance of mandarmoni. We asked to stay in the pool after we checked out and they allowed which was great and we appreciate their gesture. The food was not up to the mark, the quantity was not sufficient for breakfast. There was no breakfast buffet which was a disappointment. We expected buffet breakfast and thali at the restaurant which needs to improve rest the stay was better. If you book directly with them they offer you an additional 10% discount."

"First of all it is under construction property, where wifi was not working, intercom facilities was not available, even though if you call personally to the reception very cold response i must say. We called mm t executive and explained the issue related to basic services they are tried to convince us every-time we need to go to reception and complain. I explained that we are paying for stay include basis services as well what they mentioned under amenities and since they receive complain there manager atleast come and ask us the issue and solve at one go. But that was not happen every time we have to go to reception and ask. Un professional and discomfort was there."
