This hotel has to be one of the best ..if not THE best iv ever stayed at . It is unbelievable. Me and my wife selected this hotel for the first segment of our honeymoon. On arrival to the hotel the grounds open up to a beautiful building set in pristine grounds..the location is to die for..and you never get over the views over lake como . The staff are so friendly,polite and welcoming. The rooms are modern and immaculate. So clean too! We wanted to see lake como in its entirety so the hotel arranged for a boat to pick us up from the hotels own lakeside dock...a trip of a lifetime within a trip of a lifetime! And the on board hamper was so special provided by the hotel! On leaving we really didn't want too! We would love to return in the future.

Amazing place, amazing food, but most of all amazing people who make you feel at home and make sure you are comfortable and getting the service you need. The place is comfortable, unique and exclusive. Love rhe boutique feel and the cozy atmosphere. IT FEELS like being at home with a caring a Family who will make sure everything is alright! Thanks For everything , Lurde, Conni, Katia, and the rest of the equally amazing team!

Viviamo di fronte a questo hotel e troviamo il personale irrispettoso. Speravamo di avere un buon rapporto con loro e persino di tollerare che personale e ospiti parcheggiassero nella nostra proprietà, ma tutto ciò che riceviamo da loro sono insulti. Non consiglierei questo locale a nessun organizzatore di eventi se questo è il loro atteggiamento verso gli altri. Disgustoso. We live across the street from this hotel and find the staff disrespectful. We hoped to have a good relationship with them and even tolerate staff and guests parking on our property, but all we get from them are insults. I would not recommend this venue to any event planner if this is their attitude toward others. Disgusting.

The best hotel experience ever!
It was a magical stay from beginning to end. A luxurious paradise away from everything that was the most relaxing 3 days. The service and attentiveness was unparalleled and the food was unbelievable in the restaurant. It was so very very hard to leave! The lake is extraordinarily beautiful and their location is perfect!

Celebrated my birthday at this very special resort. The staff went above and beyond to make our two days here extraordinary! Our private boat picked us up right at their dock and we had a beautiful day visiting the other towns on the lake. We all agreed we were so glad we chose to stay away from the crowds at Villa Lario. We had an amazing dinner there and looked forward to breakfast every morning. It was a perfect stay for us and we look forward to returning! A special thank you to Alice for her amazing hospitality skills!

Amazing property. The staff was excellent. All friendly and helpful no matter what we needed.
Lots of on site options for food and beverage, but a short walk to town , 20 minutes, and you can find what you need.

Beautiful place, quiet and serene, feels very intimate as so few rooms. Front desk helpful with boat tour timings etc from nearby towns. Nearest town ten min walk away with a supermarket on the way, some small nice local cafes present. Meal at the Amandus was lovely - lots of extra touches in between courses that were very tasty with a stunning view. Breakfast was very high quality, incredibly tasty, more a list of items on the menu but they accomodated requests easily. Meal at the Grill disappointing - limited options for a five star hotel, unable to change beef to chicken burger, pizza was a shock - a series of small crusty base triangles already cut up with a spoon of tomato sauce and some soft cheese on top - very surprised at this as it was certainly not a pizza. Lovely room with terrace but food could be improved at the Grill.

Amazing sanctuary by Lake Como
Amazing place. The staff was a bit inexperienced which gave poor service on some occacions (eg we waited 20min on 2 drinks). Free parking and charging of electric car was a really nice touch!
