However, despite the good intentions of the staff, they seemed ill-equipped to handle basic requests, leading to frustration and inconvenience. The pool, which could be a highlight for kids, was in disrepair, and the overall upkeep of the space was lacking. Hygiene issues were also a concern. While I appreciate the hotel's potential, it's clear that significant improvements are needed to turn this property into a top-notch destination. With better training for the staff and attention to hygiene and maintenance, this hotel could truly shine."

"Good experience. Pool was clean and big. Kids enjoyed there. Activities for kids is good they enjoy those. They pack breakfast for morning safari which is good. Food is good. Service to room takes some time so it’s better to eat in restaurant. Avinash Choudhary took good care of my kid. Thanks Avinash. Resort is neat and clean they keep that in mind. Overall good experience for family considering it’s in remote area."

"Worst experience! They demanded the full deposit at the time of check-in, which was already suspicious. Once you pay the amount, they start arguing with you and even tell you to leave the hotel. Very unprofessional behavior"
