Unlimited time use of spa on the day of the departure Complimentary slippers for in room use ( not the flip flops for the spa) Bottle of water offered at check out. Box of complimentary local sweets offered upon departure. Free use of towels in the spa-more than one per guest Warm thermal water in the thermal water pool. Discreet and efficient and polite service of the staff. Efficiency and willingness to solve matters and descalate situations. Good maintanance of the gardens and planted areas, well irigated. Aromatic/ medicinal herbs with descriptions tablets in the potagers. Information regarding the history of the name of the stared restaurant. Offered L’Occitane cream for each of the guest and each of the days of stay at evening service. All these are meant to be read as reversed, just add a not, no, any etc All of these are standard in many luxury hotels, 5 star hotels and Relais Chateaux affiliated hotels.

Lovely location and setting. The pool and spa facilities are superb and worth the visit. The grounds are lovely but be sure to check they are all open as the main hotel bar, secondary restaurant and restaurant bar were all closed on our stay.

It is not just a hotel/spa, it is an amazing experience. It is a real 5 star hotel where you are treated amazingly from the moment you arrive. Modern designed mixed with historical heritage helps you to relax and enjoy your holidays. You will have everything you need: from L’Occitane cosmetics to a yoga mat. Breakfast had a plenty of options to choose from, the food was of a high quality. SPA zone offers a very nice sauna, several water zones an places to relax.

Stunning hotel, but surprisingly INFLEXIBLE. As a family with kids, we felt UNWELCOMED. Not being able to book the restaurant as guests was disappointing, especially given the price point.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The ambiance of the entire property was elegant, serene, and perfectly suited for a special occasion.
The staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The spa experience was truly exceptional, peaceful, rejuvenating, and beautifully maintained.
We are so grateful for the thoughtful hospitality!

The reception area is stunning, it literally takes your breath away. We received a lovely welcome. Our room was beautiful. The bar area inside was absolutely amazing but we were very disappointed that it was not open. The food in and service in the bistro style restaurant was absolutely excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service in the pool area needs to be improved. We felt the menu choice was limited and you had to go to an order point whenever you wanted anything, no one walked round to ask if you needed drinks etc. The setting, the interiors and the spa itself are absolutely excellent. It is remote so a car is essential. We did not have one but we did use a local taxi that was great.

This Relais & Chateaux property is magnificent! The lobby of the hotel occupies the former chapel at the convent and the space is stunning. Our rooms were incredible. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is spectacular. Breakfast was included in the rate I had booked and it was wonderful. Hotel has a L’Occitane Spa which was amazing. I cannot use enough adjectives to describe this phenomenal establishment. WE WILL BE BACK!
