Ocean Pearl Inn

They provided a room near the generator or some machine was there near the room and it was very noisy ,,,i couldn't sleep properly and I complained to Trip.com but no action was taken and I complained the hotel too but they didn't care much

Good hotel...opted for half board.. Dinner was included and was good... Breakfast was too ok... To add a negative comment bath room was considerably small.

In the first i booking wrong the hotel from The ocean pearl to booking this hotel The ocean pearl inn, It’s same company. T Room is okay, Big and Clear. Staff is nice. But don’t have hair dryer available in room,must request with reception.

It is always a pleasure to stay with Ocean Pearl kapikad. The staff is very courteous and efficient at the Reception. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality Suresh who is on night shift very humble and helpful. Puneet and Kritika thank you for your efficient response and above all Charan Front Office Manager who was very warm and pleasant at our arrival thank you. All is good the rooms are Spacious and clean the Restaurants have good food and a wonderful ambience. Breakfast too was very good. We will be coming again and again to Mangalore abd whenever we visit Mangalore we will for sure stay at Ocean Pearl Kapikad which is our home in Mangalore. All the very best to Ocean Pearl Inn and its wonderful staff. Be Blessed to be a Blessing.

Excellent hotel with warm staff and mouthwatering food. Rooms are super clean and comfortable

The property is decently maintained with a nice restaurant and courteous staff. It is located on a busy road but the rooms are sound proofed and the outside noise won't bother you. Being on a busy road make it a bit difficult to reach during rush time.

I had a worst experience with Ocean pearl Inn mangalore hotel. I stayed on 15th Nov. While I was checking out a guy at the hotel asked me to pay ₹ 200 as I used a towel to wipe the table. What happened was while I was getting ready some water got spilled on the table and floor. So I wiped the table with a towel as I didn't have time to call the house keeping. But they showed that dirt on the towel and said they need extra money to clean it and charged me ₹ 200. The dirt was there as the house keeping hadn't done the cleaning properly. And if you give me that towel I can clean it with 10 rupee's surf excell. Looting money from guest is a very big reason I will not choose this hotel again. Before when I stayed they made me wait for more than one hour as the room was not ready, I had to call housekeeping staff multiple times to get my clothes delivered, Had to wait for cab for a long while even i gave my drop off time in advance. Service from their side is not proper. But they want everything from guest. I don't recommend this hotel as you can get scammed by the staff just like I got scammed. Beware of their money looting.

Food is yummy and Room are super clean and organised ,even in between the days if you call house keeping they will come and assist you , Mr Hitesh from house keeping team is very polite .
