第二次入住，各方面都很不錯，早餐也好吃，環境也很好，衞生方面做的是不錯的，兩次入住兩次吃早餐都會看到保潔員在擦玻璃，給人印象很好，建議客房多通風，不要把剛打掃完的房間先開出去，不然房間地板一大股腥味，對氣味敏感的人真的受不了。我記得攜程訂的房間好像都是2點才退房啊，可能這家酒店的規定不一樣吧，前台十一點十多分就打電話張口就問幾點鐘退房，我覺得至少先問客人要不要續住比較好一點吧，其他的挑不出毛病。

熱帶雨林的裝修風格非常喜歡，大嘴鳥為主題吉祥物酒店很新，各方面的設施都挺現代化的。服務總體跟好。前台服務員都非常有禮貌。距離景點也是非常方便出行。從辦理入住到離店，酒店的服務都熱情細緻，前台不僅辦理速度快，還主動介紹了周邊的景點和餐廳，讓我們的行程安排省心不少。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪非常舒適，枕頭的高度剛剛好，讓我一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，水壓穩定，洗漱用品的味道也很清新。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很棒。酒店位置優越，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站和商圈，出行非常方便。整體來説，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，下次來還會選擇這裏！

芒市犀鳥谷假日酒店是新開的一傢俱有東南亞風格的特色主題酒店，客房洋氣時尚，全智能語音控制服務，大堂美觀大氣，早餐豐富多樣且美味，清湯牛肉餌絲米線及油麪好吃到爆！還擁有超大的酒店停車場。這個假期入住，是我在芒市最愉快舒適的體驗，讓整個旅途增光添彩，太愛了，下次再見！
