RedDoorz @ V Plaza Hotel Manila Reviews

I could hardly believe that this V Plaza Hotel is a part of Red Doorz as all Red Doorz that I've visited and stayed in are very clean, nice and full of amenities... unlike this V Plaza in Juan Luna St. Tondo, Mla.. from the exterior of the building that looks like a tenement, down to the room they gave us which is infested with mosquitoes and flies, awful beddings and pillows, no heater and bidet in the bathroom, just an organizer/ MegaBox that served as pail in the comfort room, balcony has no light and full of trash, and an aluminum ladder that I don't know the purpose why was it spread in the balcony.. and a lobby that caters from 9am to 10pm only... I couldn't help but think how did this structure became a part of red doorz and yet was handled/endorsed by Trip.com? Pictures of the said hotel attached herein for reference/documentation.. I hope this property will upgrade their place to become a worthy part of Red Doorz... Sad and disgusted Trip.com user here

No wifi and accommodation is fine. But I hope they can improve.

I booked this hotel again because I had a very good experience there last year. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. The service was poor, the bed sheets were dirty, and overall service quality was not good. Even the receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood when I arrived.. I do understand that issues can happen, but the management really needs to address these points to improve the experience. Thank you.

Excellent staff, especially the lady on reception. Front rooms are very noisy, back rooms so much better. No elevator. Good exercise up the stairs as long as you don't have a big heavy suitcase Crazy traffic on the street outside, plenty of places to eat. No short time.... Much quieter at night.

The place location was perfect a lot of fast chain and street foods. Public transport is also accessible. Overall considering the price it was good deal

Walang guard hanggang 8AM sarado rin yung helpdesk. Walang wifi.

This was my first time staying at a Red Doorz hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience. Upon arriving at midnight, there was no staff present at the reception desk to assist us. Additionally, we found that the hotel lacked an elevator and our room was not equipped with towels or toiletries. To make matters worse, the security guard on duty was impolite. After a long day, all we desired was a restful night's sleep. However, the absence of basic amenities like towels and toiletries forced us to go back and forth, adding to our frustration. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. Based on this experience, I regret booking at your hotel and have no intention of staying at any Red Doorz property in the future. I am not surprised that the reviews for this branch are low.

Naalala ko wala pong free water and toothbrush and hindi po makausap nang maayos yung guard.

The hotel is very near to the places I visited during my stay. The staff are really helpful. They should improve on their facilities. 1. The television is not working. 2. The internet is not working. 3. Low water pressure
