Location is perfect! Toilet paper wasn’t enough for us. Hopefully, the owner should stock more for guests.

Room assignments are at the host's discretion. Do not expect a room that looks like the photos. The air conditioner noise is like a factory machine. Room changes are strictly prohibited. Only the location is good.

Good location along jeepney routes, outdoor lap pool use for 2 included with stay but not gym, has a kitchen. Street markets close by. Plenty of restaurants, bars and a street scene so you can take in the vibe. Manila Bay is just a few blocks away.

2nd time we have stayed there good views comfertable can cook and stay in .with balcony so can slip outside for a quik smoke close to everything.if in manila will the place to stay.

It was good.bur the only thing was tge pool access is not free.it has charge per head everytime u use it. Overall its good room and stay. Thank you serenas house.

Get the Oceanview room, you will be more satisfied and you will be able to sleep at night. Oceanview room is much cleaner with a better view and the amenities are good.

Great views from up high. I had the 26th floor. I didnt know the pool was an extra fee. I think this is a Airbnb combined with permanent residents living in the condo building. Internet worked fine, but one night it did cut out, so you would have to reset. The extra security guard was nice.

I absolutely enjoyed staying here. Staff are very helpful, nice pool and game room. The restaurant has great food and the location is perfect! I will be returning soon!
