Malate Bayview Mansion

This wasn't a hotel, this was a mansion!! For this price, I would have gone to a better place nearby and used Airbnb. The first day I arrived, they insisted on checking in with cash. I didn't like it from the start!! They showed me the room, but it wasn't a room, it was a trash room~~~ All the furniture was broken, it smelled, and it was stressful! They said they would move me to a different room, so it was a little better~~ However, the living room exhaust fan was broken/there were a lot of cockroaches/the bathroom exhaust fan was broken~~It was like a death mansion for 7 days~~ It was so unbearable and my health was deteriorating, so I checked out 3 days early! However, they refused to give me a refund~ The host really runs a terrible mansion and runs a business~~There was no management at all~~It was the worst trip ever! I don't want to go there again!! Never use this place again.

Water leaked from the ceiling in the bathroom, so the toilet seat was soaked. I couldn't use the toilet until night. Also, although there was a kitchen, there was no stove, so I couldn't cook. The room I stayed in last time was very good, but this time it was a disappointment. Depending on the room, there are good and bad quality rooms. And that can't be judged by the price.

To make matters worse, the owner of the unit seemed more concerned with questioning how I ended up in the wrong room rather than providing an explanation or resolution for the mix-up. The situation was chaotic and disorganized. Despite the owner's claims that they had been waiting for my arrival all day, none of the staff seemed aware of my booking. In fact, I was informed that the property was fully booked on the day I arrived, which left me confused and frustrated. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're considering staying at Malate Bayview Mansion, I would advise caution. My experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied, and I wouldn't want others to go through the same ordeal. Look for accommodations with a better track record of reliability and customer service.
