Its very convenient for me as a parent, visiting my daughter who is also living in Upad Dormitory. It is actually in one building so my daughter stayed in my room every time I visited her. The location is few meters away to school and food restaurants. The staff is very helpful and approachable. Just ask what you need to the housekeeping in case you run out of water bottle, coffee or tissue and etc., they're happy to assist you. I think the service is improved than the first time I booked this hotel.

Yung room and service super okay. Ang problem dito eh yung parking nila, sobrang sikip sa basement. Pag SUV ang hirap na ipasok — may open parking naman kaso hindi mai-take risk kasi ang gusto eh iiwan ang car key sa parking attendant which is hindi okay at all. Sa parking lang talaga may problema dito, pero kung room and service pati food nila, super okay talaga.

This hotel is terrible. The room is tiny, the clothes are tight, and the furnishings are all old and gray. There wasn't even a table to put a computer on. The bathroom had a terrible odor, and the breakfast portions were tiny. The kettle was broken. Most importantly, this hotel has absolutely no service awareness. We encountered some unexpected problems—our child sprained their ankle, and the doctor advised us to return to China for treatment immediately—so we needed to cancel our room early. The hotel refused to comply, demanding a medical certificate and insisting it was hotel policy not to cancel. It was incredibly inconsiderate. Every manager is incredibly incompetent; they only offer empty words of comfort when problems arise, asking for our understanding, but don't even think about solving anything. Don't go there!
