I had a good stay here. Even though I booked a bedspace, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the shared areas were kept tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.The location was also very convenient and close to the places I needed to go, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I was satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

I made a reservation two months ago. However, when I arrived at 2 AM, they said it wasn't in their booking system, so I had to wait in the lobby until 7 AM. At 7 AM, they finally gave me a key, but my reservation still couldn't be found in their system. They told me if it wasn't found, I'd have to pay. I had to spend the early morning hours, exhausted, in the lobby. The next day, an official apology from the manager arrived via email.
