I was not able to check-in under booking no. 1521770261812654 because the front desk said there is no available room despite the fact that my booking and reservation was already confirmed. I repeatedly emailed requesting for a room for almost 2 hours. I instead went to Manila Lotus hotel and good thing there is an available accommodation as a walk-in. I requested trip.com for a free refund but they refused, despite the fact that I was not able to check-in. Trip.com is a scam. I will never recommend this booking site to anyone.

We picked up dinner from a nearby restaurant and enjoyed a quiet evening in the apartment. Sometimes those simple moments end up being the best memories

he issue appears to be with the air-conditioner motor. Another air conditioner of the same model experienced the same fault, and it returned to normal operation after the motor was replaced. If a technician is available today, they may come and carry out the repair. Also, if possible, please provide me with a quotation.

We spent one rainy evening watching movies and enjoying takeout in the apartment. It turned into one of our favorite memories from the trip.

You cant walk around barefeet, the floor is sticky. I booked for 5 pax but there were only 2 towels and i have to message the lady incharge and she gave us 2 old towels 🤭. There was no toilet rag which made my 6yo son slipped. I was expecting even just complimentary bottled water but there was none. Not shower gel/soap for shower, too. This is in room 521_
