Brightwood Hotel & Residences

The room is okay, the bathroom door is broken. The bed has bed bugs. I checkout at 2 am because I can't sleep because of the bed bugs. They didnt refund my 2nd night which I never used.

First time booking the one with a double bed, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I thought it would be noisy due to the construction but it wasn't. The shared bathroom was also clean. I slept very comfortably during my stay. Thank you for such an accommodating experience for my 2nd stay.

The room is spacious,clean and the staffs are friendly. This hotel is very convenient, there’s a restaurants nearby, pharmacies, mall, banks/Atm machines and even convenient stores.All your needs are just nearby.

We are not able to check in becausenof the noise because it’s under renovation without prior notice and they won’t even refund my money back? shame.

One of the worst stays of my entire traveling life. It doesn’t feel like accommodation at all because the staff is not approachable and gives the “resting ***** face” vibe especially the guy attendant at the reception. He shows an irritated vibe when I raise a concern which is the hotel’s fault. Even the moment I checked-in, he says when I was waiting to be checked in “wait lang” and he sounded like untrained. You definitely need hospitality professionalism training di yung para kalang nagtitinda sa palengke. Also, I raised a concern regarding the initial room I was assigned to full of cockroaches and the toilet is stinky as well and doesnt even provide communal toilet paper at all. Also I got transferred to another room when I raised a concern about the cockroaches there’s a toilet at the backdoor of my room and the structure of the toilet it doesnt look communal at all but it was so i didnt lock the backdoor. It was suddenly locked and turns out someone else is also using the bathroom from the stock room and locked the bathroom. One time I also felt like I was sexually harassed by one of their staff who came from the backdoor of the toilet which I thought is the own toilet of my room. They manipulate the ratings. Not a safe place it gave me so much trauma.

booking was easy and affordable. i paid 4k+ for 5 nights. checking in was smooth. bed was sunken and noisy but the sheets were clean. pillows were thin. blanket was okay. bathroom was small but had a heater. staff were kind. everything was accessible. you get what you pay for.

Although the hotel is simple and does not have luxurious facilities, it provides excellent value for the price. Everything was functional and met my expectations, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the helpfulness of the staff whenever I had questions. For travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and reliable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to friends and family.

My last trip is a bit disappointing, requested ground floor but was given 2nd floor, cannot open the door and call for assistance. The care taker was not able to open it also but after 5mins was able to. Inside is a mess. Not clean room, was transferred to 3rd floor. Out of 10 stay maybe 1-2 will be like this. Just a bit disappointed this time. Hope this does not happen again
