The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from a market that turns into a night market in the evenings. Overall, it's a comfortable stay. However, the platform shows it's operating until 2025, yet the bathroom faucet was broken and there was no hot water. On the first night of our two-night stay, there was no water for showering. After repairs, there was no water again the next morning. The facilities definitely need improvement; everything else was acceptable.

We stayed at this hotel because it was conveniently located between the airport and the city center, and the price was quite attractive. The reception staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. However, upon check-in, we were initially given a dirty room with hair everywhere and unchanged bed linen. After we requested it, they switched us to a clean room. The rooms are small and a bit stuffy. It's fine for a short stay, but nothing more. The water pressure in the shower is very weak (though that's a common issue in the Philippines).

I really like the place, very convenient to all. Has a local food store, 7/11 very near, laundry shop also have. Regarding to the room where we stays . I like it and very comfortable to sleep and relax. I'm very satisfied . I highly recommend to all travelers out there.

The value for money was decent, and the air conditioning worked great. However, the facilities were quite basic, the water pressure was low, and there were cockroaches when we opened the door.

This is not a hotel. The appropriate name should be guest house. This is located in a residential area quite close to the JAC Liner Buendia Terminal. Grab Car only costs Php 107. This guest house provides free water and can be easily located when you book a car or food from Grab. The lobby is clean. No elevator to get to the higher floors so get ready to climb up. The room I stayed in barely had water pressure that I had to checkout early and move to another hotel. The staff tried to fix it but the water pressure was still substandard. Should I book here again, I would totally check the shower and the faucet first to make sure that I don't experience the same inconvenience.

Room was clean and presentable..only missing are the clothes hanger or storage they have free water hot and cold dispenser..location is good and enviroment was safe
