Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is also good. They gave me a complimentary drink and popcorn on their Hyde Bar on the basement floor. I'll definitely go back and book this hotel again.

Very nice staffs and provided complimentary non alcoholic/alcoholic drink for their newly opened bar because they dont have available king bed anymore. Delicious breakfast too

This is our 4th stay here in Manila Prince Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay most especially their sumptuous breakfast buffet. Our room is clean and nice. We'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

It was near Intramuros and SM Manila. The staff at the hotel has a warm welcome to each guest. They have a very strict security. What I love the most is their buffet breakfast.

The receptionist took too long to process the hotel check-in. There are so many things asked, even if I already gave this confirmation booking from trip.com. I also let him talked to the agent via call but still hold my hotel check in. Overall it is a hassle

At face value the hotel looks spectacular. The entrance, security and breakfast buffet and pool cannot be faulted. The service staff attitude is great. The welcome drinks in the Hyde is a great value add. The hotel is not far from the SM Mall which has plants restaurants and everything you might need while in Manila. Rizal park which is a great historical site to explore is also within a walking distance. I was however disappointed by the rooms, our room window was so dirty, I couldn’t even take a photo of the beautiful sunrise which was unfortunate. The internet is also subpar. A gradual updating of the rooms will do wonders and so would the change of linen and old and stained towels which should never be put in a room of a paying patron. My suggestion is be flexible and give room to accommodate guests when needed and a little upgrade of rooms to match the entrance.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean, but the air conditioning unit seems to be not working properly, so the room was not that cold. The menu is good, most of the food was great. The welcome drinks from Hyde were also great. Photo not related.
