Perfect for solo , couple and family to stay the room si clean and spacious. And the staffs are all great and accommodating.

I chose this hotel for the location/price. Which were good. If I’m honest it was a bit disappointing. The room was older than the pictures. It was just average. Mostly clean but some dust visible in the corners. Not many plug sockets. The worst part is the large number of homeless people sleeping in the street of the hotel. My partner didn’t feel safe walking at night.

Our stay at the hotel was so-so. The furnitures looked like they’ve been there for decades and it was a big turn-off. Although their service was pleasant, I can’t say the same for the ambiance of our room.

Staff are helpful. Always smiling.  Before we are trying to look for a better hotel establishment while staying in Manila Lotus Hotel, but then we just realize that the hotel staff are friendly and hospitable so that is why we choose to stay longer.

Booked this hotel for one night. Overall, it was okay, but nothing special. The room actually looked different from the photos on Trip. There was no soap in the room, or the dispenser wasn't working. The AC was noisy, but it was very stuffy without it. There's a window. The bed was a bit hard, and there was no duvet, just some kind of blanket without a cover. On the plus side, good water pressure, running water, and two towels. The staff were generally friendly; they stored our luggage after check-out and covered it with a net. Breakfast was decent and included in the price. Overall, this hotel is fine for a one or two-night stay—it's pretty average, nothing outstanding. For the price, it's acceptable.

Overall, Manila Lotus Hotel offers great value for money with its excellent service, strategic location, and cozy accommodations.
