We have to move  rooms as the room is leaking. When we came back after dinner our bed is soaked with water and the floor is flooding. Wifi is not working.

This was a great stay. The location is convenient, it's close to SM and my destination. The manager is kind and accommodating, I believe her name is Alexa. However, I would like to suggest improving their Wi-Fi connection, as it is quite slow. The staff are a bit inconsistent, some of them are accommodating when the manager is around, but their service noticeably drops when she is not present, especially at the front desk. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone I know visiting Sta. Mesa. I will surely return as well.

Food can still be improved. I mean it's good but it doesn't taste fresh. Service was fast. The room I chose was surprisingly well-maintained. Since it’s Sogo, it’s not really soundproof, but that was expected. The staff were respectful and polite. Will definitely book again.

Clean inexpensive hotel close to SM shopping center.  No windows in the room but lighting was good.  Food was available at nearby Alfamart.

What I like about my stay is very spacious ung nakuha kong unit and gusto ko ung minimalist lang ung walls. Very clean din ung room upon arriving. Nasunod ung request ko na malayo from elevator para malessen ung noise. Malamig kahit hindi naka open ung AC. Approachable ung nasa front desk. Thank you so much for my smooth stay!

I enjoy the food. the location is very convenient for me. When they are communicating to each other, the staffs are very loud. you can hear them tongue lashing one staff in front of the clients using their walkie talkie. it is inappropriate and he/she even using vulgar words in the front desk.

The bathroom is clean; however, the bed is covered with long hair, and we have just checked in. Unfortunately, I neglected to take a photograph of it. I hope that in the future, they will vacuum the room thoroughly and ensure it is well-cleaned to enhance guest satisfaction.
