Отель *******!!! Просто *******!! И нигде об этом не написано!
Я забронировала отель за 30 мин до приезда ( в 4 часа утрадю). Я была с семьёй. Наша цель - просто поспать до 12 дня.
Сначала нас не хотели впускать, мучили минут 50! Просили отменить бронь с сайта trip.com и оплатить наличными. Затем нас просили ждать, якобы "наша комната готовится".
Когда мы зашли в номер, мы были в ужасе! Номер действительно предусмотрен для сдачи на час-2 и не для сна, а для... Ну вы сами поняли!
Я зашла в свой номер, горячая вода в душе отсутствует. Иду к администратору - нам спокойно меняют на другой номер этажом выше ( вопрос - почему мы ждали полчаса пока нам подготовят номер, когда у них есть свободные подготовленные!?)
1.Номера без окна!
2. Укрываться нам дали ПРОСТЫНЬ , да еще и дырявую!
3. Кровать и тем более подушки не предусмотрены для сна - они ЖЁСТКИЕ! Как дерево! Кожаные и Жесткие!
4. Везде пыль, особенно на кондиционере, накопленная годами!
5. В душе нет ничего для гигиены - ни геля, ни шампуня, ни ТУАЛЕТНОЙ БУМАГИ!!!
6. розетки, чтобы зарядить телефон - и те не работали! На стене висел телевизор со сломанной решёткой (наверное, чтобы никто не украл 😂) - только там розетка была рабочая!
7. Сам унитаз БЕЗ СТУЛЬЧАКА!!! какой ужас!
Единственный плюс наверно - кондиционер работал мощно. На пульте непонятно как изменить температуру, я замерзла! И просто его выключила! И наличие полотенЕц
Худший отель в моей жизни!!!! 🤮
