It was fine. We felt safe. But since we stayed near the elevator, we can hear sounds and people talking outside.

the linens are not neat, so old. supposedly the color is white, it becomes gray.they should buy new linens. the room need more exhaust. room not well ventilated.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants an easy access to mall and other tourist spot within Metro Manila. The staffs starting from guards to information are friendly and helpful. Our experience with the good services they offer is memorable and exceptional. Kudos to all the staffs. The food taste is good and worth the price.
