Staff were very friendly. Very cheap if you want to add a prtner in this room. Staff were accommodating and helpful in informing me that i have to pay to add her to the room. Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at your hotel was the worst experience we have ever had. While the location itself is undoubtedly excellent, peaceful, and conveniently close to the mall and a great variety of dining spots—including nearby halal restaurants—the hotel's service was entirely unacceptable. First, we experienced severe delays with housekeeping. We had to wait an incredibly long time just to have our room cleaned, despite making multiple repeated requests. More importantly, I was wrongfully charged for an extra bed that I never requested or used. I was also charged an "extra person" fee, even though our room was explicitly booked to accommodate two people. I ultimately paid the bill under protest at the front desk, as there are no clear communication materials or posted policies regarding these extra fees anywhere in the lobby or inside the room itself. To make matters worse, the manager failed to appear despite my explicit request to speak with them directly so we could mutually understand and promptly resolve this issue. I expect a prompt response regarding these unfair billing practices and a refund for the unavailed charges.

This hotel has no service and they didn't give me a towel.

The staff are good.. Yet the room itself, its fair enough.. The very annoying thing is the shower that leaks and goes on the floor

the place is kinda dirty but overall the staff are accomodating and kind
