It was my first time to book in this hotel and wasn't so sure when i originally booked.But after staying here i was very pleased and enjoyed my stay.I would like to come back sometime again when ever i will be in Manila

There were bed bugs but they immediately transferred to a better room kudos to their fast and quick service

An average hotel. It's a bit old. The toilet was broken and was not repaired. The two buildings at the front and back were converted into a hotel. The passage is inconvenient, but the waiters are still OK.

Overall it was a great stay specially the hotel customer service. I like the hotel building external classic spanish style architecture and the swimming pool general picturesque looks/design.. There are some minor flaws most likely because this is old building. Like there is not enough power outlet plugs -- the coffee pot I have to plug in the outlet in the washroom sink, hard to close the shower door handle from the inside of the shower stall you could close it when your outside the stall but if you are inside taking a shower, it's impossible to do so

The hotel was quite affordable. The room was clean and the staff was all super nice! The room has its own refrigerator. Just a bit sad that they no longer own the building beside it.
