Worst experience of my life. Ibooked a Deluxe room with a balcony expecting a beautiful and comfortable stay, but instead I received a complete nightmare. It completely ruined my impression of the place and honestly ruined my morning. I informed the property several times in advance that I would arrive around 1 AM, but despite that, I was left waiting for a very long time before being checked in. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. At night, they were basically ready to leave me outside with nowhere to go. Then at 8 AM, people started aggressively banging on my door even though I had clearly explained that I arrived very late and needed to sleep. I also noticed out of the corner of my eye that while the staff were knocking on my door, someone was taking photos of me while I was half dressed. This was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. There were stains everywhere — on the bed, mattress, walls, bathroom, and floor. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned for years. There was dust everywhere, random hair, dirt, pieces of fabric, and the bathroom looked horrifying. The smell of mold in the room was unbelievably strong. It was so intense that it was difficult to even breathe normally or stay inside the room. Honestly, it felt like a nightmare. This place does not meet even the most basic hygiene or hospitality standards. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. I asked for a refund, but no one returned anything to me, and unfortunately I had to pay for another hotel and for me to live elsewhere. This is the worst experience of my life, the worst staff and the most disgusting attitude towards customers.

Not really satisfied with my two weeks stay, I been requesting for a new towel in bedsheets since im staying for a weeks but just keep waiting in didn’t even change. In their blanket is so poor quality itcy with the skin. Poor Service.

Been great good location and everything was up to par i enjoyed it

The 2 bed bunk room was good, perfect for solo traveler. Amenities is fine, except there's no washing machine. Again for second time around, we got a problem with the tap card that you will use to exit and enter the premises, they gave us the tap card on the last night of our stay, which is supposed to be given at the time you're checking in.

I was disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water during my visit, the Wi-Fi was not working, and there were many cockroaches in the room. The cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests!
