The hotel is great! Even though it's an older property, the facilities are still very good, and the breakfast spread is excellent. It's located right next to Koreatown, and you just have to cross the street to get to Manila Bay – it's the perfect spot for stunning sunset photos. The lobby staff are also incredibly welcoming.

I visited with my family last January and I had a great time in the city i loved diamond hotel to stayed there for the weekend and the best part was that I had a nice hotel and good amenities to go to with the best of foods I had

I stayed for 2 nights at Diamond Hotel Manila during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels from kids’ shows to sports. The bathroom was large and clean, and check-in/check-out was fast and smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bar and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great facilities .

Had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel Manila. The room was clean and comfortable. What I loved most was the good service—staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience of a one day stay Great location and service

I paid more for a bigger room, 45 sq. m So the room was fine and you really good view. The breakfast however wasn't very good and expensive. The gym was tiny.

Booked two months in advance and did a late check-in. Came up with locked interconnecting rooms and no extra bed as requested. They knew the number of people who checked in and still gave two water bottles inside the fridge. The bathtub in 1124 was not working well, and I found it an old building, as the back staircase was not easy access for guests who had luggage. The last part was not enough parking space, and they did not prioritize in-house guests and still asked to pay 200 for valet parking. I don't mind paying, but below the parking, you saw lots of space with barrier cones to save the space. I do not recommend this hotel as there are similarly priced but more accommodating hotels. We are not paying a small amount here.

Everything was pretty spot on. Service was excellent! The only con we have about the place was at the complementary breakfast was cold. The food was good, but it was cold.

Excellent  Hotel  and good breakfast,  Friendly Staff   Room are big and very comfortable bed,   Will book again☺️

Good view kind staffs specially the receptionist smiling all the way salute to you.. she is always smiling love it gurl.. spacious room.

The hotel location is great, the amenity and furniture is very old and the best we can say it’s lives in its past
