Nice spacious room with very comfy bed. Reception desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. On-site restaurant had delicious food and good service. Given some not great weather, it was wonderful to have everything in one place. Of course, loved the warm/hot pools and having unlimited access.

It's too bad because the hot springs are great but the establishment is rundown and the service is substandard. When we went to the desk to say that our toilet was plugged, we were handed a plunger because maintenance had gone home. When we asked for an extra bottle of complimentary water, we were told you only got some on your first night. We stayed two nights and only got two bottles even though we were three people staying. I can only imagine the nightmare if you were faced with bigger issues. Customer service from management is zero! Putting these issues aside, the room was clean.

It was nice and quiet beds kinda ******
Pool was great massage was great (make sure you book before you go) restaurants were very meh burger buoy was probably the best option in town

Such a beautiful little gem. Great for everyone, seniors , families, couples, and friends travelling together. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is great. Food from room service was fantastic.
Would definitely visit again if I had the opportunity! Thanks for a great stay :)

I have been going to Manitou Resort for years rooms are becoming dated, use to be free breakfast no longer very busy place customers come from neighbouring provinces to take in the Spa I usually come a couple times a year & enjoy it.
