Great location for downtown activities; plenty of walkable restaurants. Short walk to Pike’s Peak Center. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking is not included in your stay and is not the same price as listed in the Hilton app ($17 per night).

I loved the hotel! Very nice. Comfy. Cozy. Just $17 for simple breakfast is a little too expensive considering you're already paying $180 a night.

The rooms were clean and have a nice layout. Walls are thin and you can hear noise.
Housecleaning came through the halls at 9:00am and shouted housecleaning while knocking on doors. It was loud enough to wake you up and bothersome. I shouldn't be able to hear housecleaning making the rounds. Another guest on a different floor was complaining about this and guest services was rude to her and i explained my experience was similar. Staff could be better trained.

Outstanding hotel. Large and spacious. Clean and comfortable. In the heart of downtown Colorado Springs just minutes to all kinds of hiking. Walking distance to multiple little shops and bars.
Morning breakfast was yummy and included! The hotel management is actively involved to ensure guests enjoy the stay and any feedback. The team genuinely cares and they even have security in the lobby area.
We loved our room and experience so much we extended our stay by an extra day.
