"Room smelled like it was full of mothballs. No hand towels, temperature during the night 8 degrees which made it difficult to keep the window open. In addition the heating had supposedly been turned off for the season, toilet paper for one use only…..and the communication with personnel was very restricted due to their incompetence in English. According to the staff the hotel was full and they were not able to give us another room. Overall a very unpleasant and almost sleepless night."

"Came to Valensole to see the lavender. This ibis budget hotel nearby is pretty good. The family room we booked has bunk beds. The kids were very excited. The hotel includes breakfast with a good variety. There is also free parking. The air conditioning in the room is strong. This is a very complete configuration in the suburbs of France. The service staff are warm and friendly. Communication is smooth."

"A nice small hotel. Breakfast includes a selection of cold meats, cheeses, rolls, and cereal, and you can order coffee from the coffee machine. There's a safe, air conditioning, and a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, but perfectly adequate for two people. The bathroom is comfortable, and Loccitane toiletries are provided, but there's no hair conditioner. There's a restaurant; we dined there once, and it was delicious. There's a pool with sun loungers, but we didn't use it as we only stayed one night. I'd like to thank the receptionist for letting us stay an hour longer so we could sleep in after our morning photo shoot at sunrise. Parking is free on site."

"Since it's located in the suburbs, parking is easy. The room was average, but clean and quiet. There's no dinner available. There's a large supermarket nearby, but you'll need to bring your own electric water heater. Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious."
