This is a great stopping point if you are traveling through Texas and don't want to stay in downtown Dallas. They are dog friendly, clean environment, friendly staff and the free breakfast is a must have. Now I would say this is a great place for a one or two day stay but not a vacation location.

please *******, never offer this hotel again. My room wasnt nice, the carpet on the floor is horrible. the indoor pool wasnt nice at all. PLUS THE WATER WAS COLD AS ICE. the hot tub was broken. and only 2 equipment in the workout room. and they were very out dated equipment.

Awful.
Got checked into a room that was occupied already. Got another with a muggy feel. Pillows were not comfortable.
Power went out in the building while getting ready the next morning.
Never staying there again.

The room was not cleaned, bed sheets were stained, there was hair all over the bed and bathrooms. Make up stains on and around the door knobs. Front desk staff wasn't helpful, told me to get a refund and go find another hotel since they were out of similar rooms and I did not book directly on their website. I had to wait for cleaning staff to go back and clean and change bedsheets, vacuum etc. This of course made me late for the occasion I came to attend.

Homeless man living in the parking lot. Gave us the key to someone else’s room that was already occupied. Door knob fell off.

Bed bugs
Within 5 minutes of laying down my husband started to feel itchy and we found bed bugs. We immediately had to gather our things and leave.

Locks at night on room 138 didn't work. Roaches in 418. Fridge working in one room but not the other. Poor quality food for breakfast. Spent $600 total between 2 rooms and couldnt rest easy between the two. Best thing was the bath tub Jacuzzi in the room.

The staff were friendly, the lobby was nice & clean, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good for me but I’m not a breakfast person, coffee was great and a waffle, I’m good to go!

Needs a bit more TLC - seemed like multiple things out of service, charging $10+ tax for a tiny pint of ice cream, breakfast area missing basics & upkeep/maintenance
