Great hotel and good services provided by staff. the only thing that want to complaint is got a lot of mosquitos. but maybe can get mosquito spray from the hotel. food is tasty. hotel is clean. overall good hotel.

I found many mosquitoes in my room in first floor .the room is clean but near my room there is pool and garden.so it is better the hotel spray the room with pesticide.

A beautiful hotel but the wifi doesn’t work good in some rooms, and there are small roaches. Although I understand many hotels here have bug problems. Overall I would stay again.

Staying with five people..took 2 rooms... One Queen bed, the other double bed.. The queen bed, the mattress is not high enough compared to other mattresses in hotels I've been to, The room's AC also takes a long time to cool down, because the unit is old.. even changed rooms on the second day because the AC wasn't cold, the mattress was better in the 2nd room, but the AC was still not cold enough...if you want it to be cold, wait until the next morning for the room to cool down at 20c..jogja is hot.. The hotel is good for taking pictures. The pool is also satisfying for kids to swim in..if the food is fast 7 out of 10.

The hotel looks very beautiful from the outside, the lobby is also very beautiful, the room is not very big, there are a lot of insects, there are a lot of small cockroaches, everywhere is unhygienic, even on the small table, I complained to the front desk and the cleaners, but it was useless. This is because the management did not pay attention to it.
