The hotel's location is decent. While it's a little walk from the main street and the palace, its quietness and lack of crowds are a major advantage. The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping staff are very diligent. The hotel breakfast is good, and the service staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I have stayed at KJ several times, and I always want to come back, from locations close to everywhere, the variety of food in front of the hotel, the hotel rooms are spacious, the kids like and are very satisfied every time they stay here

This is my second stay at the Burza Hotel, the hotel is artistic, the rooms are quite spacious & comfortable, the hot water is quite joss.. Breakfast is so so, but the menu is quite complete 👍🏼

(+) : Strategic location, the room is clean and pretty spacious, the villa ambiance feels homey and very quiet, free water, coffee, and tea in the common area, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff.
(-) : Parking is not so spacious, no sink in the bathroom, low room amenities, no TV signal, and a lack of power outlets in the room.

The queen bed, the mattress is not high enough compared to other mattresses in hotels I've been to,
The room's AC also takes a long time to cool down, because the unit is old.. even changed rooms on the second day because the AC wasn't cold, the mattress was better in the 2nd room, but the AC was still not cold enough...if you want it to be cold, wait until the next morning for the room to cool down at 20c..jogja is hot..
The hotel is good for taking pictures. The pool is also satisfying for kids to swim in..if the food is fast 7 out of 10.

AAyu DewiDusty bed sheets. A bit of dust. The floor is dusty and scary. The bathroom shower is slippery. There's already a ditch in the middle of the bathroom, which looks like it was made as a temporary solution because the floor is the same height so the shower water pools and it's hard for the water to get into the drain. The avur doesn't have a lid so it's scary to be afraid that something will escape from the avur hole, the hole is big and big. Small children's feet can fit into it. So just be careful if you bathe small children there, because the floor is slippery and there are gaping holes in the dirt. Scary. Plus because of the city center location. So if you want to find food, just walk.

GGuest UserThe boss was very caring. We booked a quadruple room on the first day. It felt good to stay for one night. Then we booked this quadruple room. We discussed with the boss and booked a double room for two nights. It is impossible in a general hotel. The four of us join hands to wish the boss family a fortune, the good people a safe and happy life!

- spacious for two people
- big clean bed with a good mattress
- good air-conditioning
- room amenities like a mini fridge and water cooker
- very friendly staff
Could be better:
- fresher looking towels
- more responsive water temperature controls in the shower.
- a chef that stays in the hotel during breakfast hours (breakfast is from 7-11, but the chef left before 10)
Bad:
- Any sounds from outside are just as loud in the room (mosque, rooster) because the windows can't close properly. Earplugs are advised.
