Lil bit far away to the Malioboro street but the hotel location in the main roads, its possible to grab the taxi or 'becak' to explore. They have great rooms and they help us to located our luggage in our room when the room is ready to check in. Unfortunately the service really bad for hotel that have relation with Aston. I work in my room and the wifi is unstable, I need to connect with my own cellular to keeping stable during my work and my meeting. Worst things I call the restaurant for an assistance of cutlery items, in twice!! They not coming in my room, in the end I need to cone and put its by own. They have great breakfast but the restaurant not really big enough to services all pax during peak seasons. I wrote they give announcements to divide the guests into the 2 different time seasons to visit restaurants for breakfast refer to the rooms number, but its useless because they not inform us in the first time we came for check in. I cant recommendation this hotel, its Yogyakarta and we can find another hotel in the same range or even lower rate with greater services.

Great hotel and good services provided by staff. the only thing that want to complaint is got a lot of mosquitos. but maybe can get mosquito spray from the hotel. food is tasty. hotel is clean. overall good hotel.

I have stayed at KJ several times, and I always want to come back, from locations close to everywhere, the variety of food in front of the hotel, the hotel rooms are spacious, the kids like and are very satisfied every time they stay here

Dusty bed sheets. A bit of dust. The floor is dusty and scary. The bathroom shower is slippery. There's already a ditch in the middle of the bathroom, which looks like it was made as a temporary solution because the floor is the same height so the shower water pools and it's hard for the water to get into the drain. The avur doesn't have a lid so it's scary to be afraid that something will escape from the avur hole, the hole is big and big. Small children's feet can fit into it. So just be careful if you bathe small children there, because the floor is slippery and there are gaping holes in the dirt. Scary. Plus because of the city center location. So if you want to find food, just walk.

(+) : Strategic location, the room is clean and pretty spacious, the villa ambiance feels homey and very quiet, free water, coffee, and tea in the common area, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. (-) : Parking is not so spacious, no sink in the bathroom, low room amenities, no TV signal, and a lack of power outlets in the room.

In terms of price, it is really worth it. The room is big enough for 4 adults. But the minimum of facilities. So literally only standard mattress, towels, water heater and toiletries. Oh and free refill water dispenser downstairs. there are no tables,chairs,tableware,refrigerators,glass(only in the bathroom). CS is very helpful. Later, check-in time will be given a smart door access code. The immediately will be given to pick up the key in the key box. 1 this house contains 4 The entire room is all on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has only a sofa and a dispenser. The waste kitchen has nothing. But ok for a short vacation.

The place is nice. Price is reasonable and comes with breakfast. The toilet is simple with only cold water but it's hot anyway so that's ok. It's not a hotel, is a home stay, so the owner lives in the house. He is nice. If you want to talk it's fine, if you don't he won't bother you. It's a very nice house. I would recommend a bit more cleaning and arranging things but in general I liked it and would come back.

This is my second stay at the Burza Hotel, the hotel is artistic, the rooms are quite spacious & comfortable, the hot water is quite joss.. Breakfast is so so, but the menu is quite complete 👍🏼

Un sitio precioso y bien cuidado, con una zona de estar muy bonita, piscina… Son muy amables, la verdad es que es 100% recomendable. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
