Waiting a long line for check in front desk not friendly not professional, the room is big and good view but is outdated shower room even worst than the motel will never going to this hotel again

I choose to return to Las Hadas because of the beautiful all white hotel rooms, the structure of the hotel is stunning! I would recommend better food options for the buffet such as lunch/dinner. My partner and I would have appreciated authentic traditional Mexican food.

This property is situated on a cliff side etching itself down to a beautiful beach. It has a great pool for relaxing in and the food was great. ( really good for all inclusive) the taco bar at the beach was our favourite. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with a great sitting deck and great city views over the water.

Love the adult pool with waterfall and the bartender.
Did not like the staff telling us we could not get reservations or the room we wanted because they were full. The hotel was clearly 3/4 empty. Did not like the fact that the 2 best restaurants were closed during our stay.

I felt we got a less up to date room. It was a little run down.
The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Did smell little moldy.
Did not have all inclusive, so food and drinks were expensive.
Need more entertainment.

the ac unit must be really old because it was SUPER loud. Good thing that it wasn’t that hot so we were able to have it off while we slept. The dining options were okay as all inclusive, the location was beautiful though and the staff were really nice.

Beautiful beach to catch some amazing sun rises. If you like seafood, the lunch at El Delfins Restaurant is amazing.
