The hotel is very interesting and rooms and decorations like this will not be found anywhere else . The breakfast was very busy with lots of people and seemingly not enough tables at peak times.

套娃主題酒店確實很套娃，從房間的各種細節都體現了套娃元素，房間很整潔乾淨，小朋友圓了公主夢。不足：1、新酒店味道非常刺鼻，晚上睡覺也開着窗，好在酒店暖氣不錯開窗也不冷；2、作為親子酒店居然沒有小朋友的踩腳凳；3、買了攜程的套票含樂園門票，結果這個時間去大馬戲也沒有，很多項目都關閉，整個樂園都沒有什麼人氣，很不值；4、酒店一樓很嘈雜，很多遊客，有些遊客甚至跟着一起上樓。

帶孩子出來的旅遊的，在攜程上訂房時看到這麼漂亮的套娃酒店，必須點住一宿感受一下。從酒店外部到內部，都是歐式風格裝修，環境非常好，衞生也很乾凈。服務也很好！！！房間裏有個套娃精靈，非常智能。整個套娃酒店無論是內部還是外部都非常適合打卡拍照。二樓自助早餐也非常好！！！滿分💯！！！👍👍👍👍👍

設施：非常智能，人體感應的，走到廁所燈會自動亮，還有一些套娃機器人等等
衞生：住的A座，非常乾淨
環境：酒店參觀的人很多，大堂裏面亂哄哄的，總共有6部電梯，觀光電梯4部，普通的2部，觀光電梯好多都是遊客，因為我是十一去的，可能參觀的人也確實多，反正體驗感真挺一般的，而且房間也並沒有什麼特別，就是套娃元素比較多而已
服務：就是還可以吧，沒有多麼熱情啥的

房間很不錯，本來看是新的猶豫要不要訂，住了感覺已經沒什麼問題了，來滿洲里還是很推薦住進來感受一下。特別感謝前台和監控室的小哥，以及停車場那片監控室的大爺，在那兒不小心把車鑰匙丟了，國慶很忙的時候還很耐心地幫忙找ಥ_ಥ

缺點
1.一進房間有裝修的味道，牆上壁紙味道大，進房間的時候，窗户是關着的，未進行通風。
2.早餐8:40過去，沒有位置，裏面亂糟糟，無人引導座位，我爸媽因為搶座位還和別人起了爭執，沒搶過別人，後來外面排了一大堆人，管理混亂，咖啡是咖啡粉兑的，去打咖啡的時候，服務人員説咖啡粉沒了。
3.晚餐，一進餐廳， 一股消毒水的味道。啤酒催了4次才給上來，還沒有給瓶起子，又催了一次。點菜後等了一小時，衹上了兩個菜，後來吃飽了，米飯都涼了，才把後面的兩個大菜上來。
優點
裝修挺豪華，客房服務好。
建議
優化服務管理，把賓館的刺鼻味道去除，放香薰。

酒店房間很大,裝修也很好,但早餐就不敢恭為,食物一般,其他客人都好像搶的一樣,沒有小桌,一定要同不認識的人在在一起,一點都不像一家高級酒店.
