Very good hotel with international standards. We booked the family room as it was the only one which could accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast was alright, average for international standard but good for the local standard. The bed was really good, we all slept very well.

游泳館很好，坐覽湖景，景色超好，健身房服務人員也都超級nice，週日晚上有個姐姐幫孩子挑游泳衣，還有個小哥哥人非常好，救生員們也特別好。感謝！一層甜品屋提拉米蘇味道一般，但是服務挺好的。禮賓服務是感受最好的，幾個小哥哥都非常有禮貌，進門主動幫忙推車拿行李。退房的時候家人不太舒服，低血糖，幫忙拿行李的小哥還貼心幫忙拿了幾塊餅乾，非常感謝！三衹熊店裡東西不錯，有些獨有的物品，值得逛逛買一買。攜程含折扣券的話是9折，其他住店客人95折。下面説説遇到的問題：設施相較於其他香格里拉比較老，沒有USB和Type C接口，充電插口比較少。官方的wifi連接網線跳轉不開，和客房服務反饋之後很快送來了路由器。房間的介紹卡里寫着冰棍95折，但是去買的時候，如果你不提，工作人員是不會告訴你的，並且我問了以後她説“沒人打過折，你如果看見了就給你打，反正也沒多少錢之類的”，不太明白，既然酒店有活動，為什麼不主動問客人？誰的錢是大風颳來的？滿洲里人民可能是真的太有錢了。我們入住期間買了兩次，一次是剛入住的時候不知道。but冰棍味道還是挺好的。中餐廳需要自己進去找座位，食物做的味道還可以。吃飯現在住店是88折。正值中秋前夕，有一些月餅、酒類和當地特色的禮包可以購買，介紹的挺詳細的。感謝！總之入住體驗還挺好的～
