Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The room was wonderfully warm and cozy. Service: The lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a delightful day traveling with my son, and the hotel provided a warm and comfortable stay. I even left my charger behind, and they promptly called to inform me and kept it safe for me. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

As it was my first time in Manzhouli and I was there for a business trip, I sought out a hotel that offered good value for money. After experiencing it firsthand, I've decided to give it a positive review. **Location:** The hotel is situated in a lively area of Manzhouli, making it incredibly convenient for both dining out and sightseeing. The building also features an underground parking lot, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel even reimbursed the 20 RMB daily parking fee – a fantastic bonus! **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, and many small details were handled very nicely. **Service:** The hotel staff provided excellent service; they were warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful. **Hygiene:** This is the only area where I'd have to deduct a point. The room itself was actually very tidy and clean, but I found a small bed bug on the bed. It was truly the only imperfection during my stay. **Overall:** Should I return to Manzhouli in the future, whether for business or leisure, I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on Zhongsu Golden Street, offering an excellent location that's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just adequate. We booked a special offer room, so both the room and the bed were quite small. I honestly couldn't understand the design choice of a transparent glass door for the bathroom! A friendly tip: be sure to buy any chocolates, Russian souvenirs, and other similar items in Manzhouli, as they only get pricier the further you travel.

The room was very warm. It was very close to the place where I was shopping and it was very convenient to go everywhere. When I went there, it was more than minus 30 degrees outside, but I didn't feel it at all in the room. It was very warm. I forgot to take photos. The sound insulation is very good. There are many Russians living there. I feel the exotic customs and I am very satisfied.

Very nice hotel. Newly renovated, very distinctive. Travel is very convenient, there is a parking space in front of the door. The front desk room attendant is very good 👍 very patient and enthusiastic. Very close to the pedestrian street, there are many restaurants around the main house, the network speed is very fast, there is a TV live broadcast, this hotel more than many network TV.

This is my fourth visit to Manzhouli, and having stayed in five hotels previously, I can confidently say this was the most comfortable experience yet. The hotel is located at the intersection of Yidao Street and Shuiyuan Road. Its entrance isn't grand, but it thoughtfully provides both steps and a ramp. It's just a few hundred meters from the pedestrian street. While on-site parking is limited, there's an open lot across the road for additional parking. The front desk staff are incredibly dedicated; they'll brave scorching heat or freezing cold to help guests with their luggage, which is truly admirable and goes above and beyond. The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including freshly ground coffee. Upon check-in, I was given a complimentary room upgrade. What I found puzzling, however, was that this 'upgraded' room was actually smaller than the one I originally booked, despite its listed price being higher. The smart toilet had two of its functions disabled, likely a preventive measure to avoid misuse by guests, similar to the informative sticker found on the AC remote. 🥹 All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the waiter is very good, the facilities in the room are very complete and very clean and tidy, the feeling of staying is very good, you can see the night view of Manzhouli and the Matryoshka Square in your own room. Overall, the hotel service is first-class and the environment is first-class. I especially recommend that all my friends come to Manzhouli to go to this place. 👍👍👍

The hotel is located next to the main road in Manzhouli, close to Wanda Plaza, making life convenient. The parking lot is wide, there are enough parking spaces, and parking is convenient. What is a bit awkward is the sign ”Free parking, vehicle damage is at your own risk”. I wonder if it is a warning from the store. The hotel is 2 or 3 kilometers away from Zhongsu Jin Street and Matryoshka Square, not too close or too far. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful and attentive, and took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the second floor. In addition, it is recommended that the front desk improve their understanding of tourism information. Information such as the free tourist bus that can go to Matryoshka Square should be known. Otherwise, the only option is to inform the guests to walk there.

Stayed for one night the first day, and the next day I felt that it was more troublesome to find a suitable hotel in the surrounding area. I felt that this homestay was already very good. I renewed this hotel. It was really great. I created such a good living environment for the store for the passengers. Like! Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures and sun the real living environment and conditions!

The hotel is very new, decorated in Russian style, with some furniture smells. After a day of ventilation, I still had to sleep with the window open at night. The overall quality of the service staff is good, but it is a bit messy because there are too many people. The hotel is not private, and there are too many people coming to check in and take pictures. The whole hotel lobby is as noisy as a vegetable market; the breakfast is really complaining. First, there are too few varieties, second, the quality is too poor, and third, Block A and Block B all have breakfast in a banquet hall. No one guides, no one arranges seats, and you have to find them by yourself in such a large place. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of effort into decoration, but the hardware has been worked hard (although there are flaws, the taste is indeed a big problem). Although it can be seen that the software wants to do its best, the management ability of the hotel is too far away from that of first-class hotels (it seems that the hotel is still controlled by a state-owned enterprise). As a hotel in a city supported by border tourism, it has a long way to go.
